"Normally great to get food to go, but today it seemed the person working the window had a negative attitude? Maybe she was in work mode, irritated by something, who knows. Hopefully her day gets better. Update: Today Ms. Tina was working and she just exudes positivity! Loved going to Taco Bell today. If I had been in a bad mood, Ms. Tina's smile and delightfulness would have removed all traces! Thank you for being Great!"

She didn’t know I was that customer so, I told her about my last visit with store Manager Carl and she took care of me and made. I’m hoping the customer service stays this way. I commend her for taking accountability and action to improve customer service at one of her Taco Bell restaurants."

"While it did take some time to get through the "drive thru", the food was good. I got the new Caliente Chicken Quesadilla. I got it upgraded to grilled, supreme with onion & no Caliente sauce. This is the first time I've been able to eat at Taco Bell without getting nauseated. I have IBS, which makes me wary of Mexican food in general. Thanks to the crew at the Madison MS Taco for giving me what I asked for. It tasted good, and I've had no adverse outcomes from eating it. Thanks again!"

All that guac kinda looked like ranch and almost hid the huge “dollop” of sour cream but, hey, everything tasted GREAT and nobody’s complainin’! Hit the spot and appreciate the senior drink. "What a wonderful location. I had to wait 45 minutes, but this is nothing new to me(i am a tb veteran) and it was extremely worth it. The fries I got were extremely fresh and the nacho cheese tasted homemade! The ground beef mixture was to die for. The lettuce was like the best salad i've ever had. I highly recommend this place. If you don't mind waiting 45-90 minutes, prepare yourself for some of the best taco bell you've ever had, it's really incredible and totally worth it. I ordered a ground beef burrito and the really good french fries and the nacho cheese, it was to die for. It was so hot and so fresh, it was like I just went down to the mexican border or something. I highly recommend this spot."
